A blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Viognier, 33% Petit Manseng, this wine presents a light straw appearance in the glass disguising the layers of flavors to follow.

On the nose this wine opens with green apple and honeydew melon notes; the sharp attack is bright with granny smith apple highlights. The thinner than anticipated midpalate surprises with hints of tropical notes and ripe apricots. The quick, crisp finish does not linger but disappears as quickly as birthday cupcakes in a second grade classroom.

The unique blend and flavor profile make this white blend a great wine to serve to the ABC (anything but Chardonnay) crowd. It is extremely versatile for pairing. I would lean toward spicier chicken and fish dishes but this would also pair well with BBQ ribs.
