The Lake Side Red is a blend of 75% Muscat Hamburg, 13% Merlot, 12% Chambourcin.

In the glass, this wine presents a medium ruby color. The nose is filled with floral notes and strawberry.  Bright fruit exudes on the attack including blackberry and Bing cherries.  The midpalate is not too expansive but includes layers of blueberries, strawberries and plum.  The finish on this light bodied red lingers slightly with hints of cinnamon and licorice.

Thai and other spicy dishes will pair very well with this well balanced red wine.  Despite being red grape based, I would not shy away from pairing with Gai Pad Kapro (Spicy Basil Chicken) or Shrimp Pad Thai.
