A delightfully light, sweet Rose’ is a blend of Riesling and a touch of Merlot blended with Natural Raspberry Juice.  The flavor profile includes Strawberry undertones along with the dominant raspberry notes.  The Riesling and Merlot were fermented separately and blended together during the spring following harvest.

The wine was naturally sweetened and then blended with the Raspberry Juice just prior to bottling.  Serve chilled with salads, mild chesses or Asian cuisine.
